The interview process had three stages. First was the preliminary interview, where they just give you an overview of what the job is without directly saying it. Then the second round interview was in person. I waited a little over 10 minutes, and was asked questions about what I'm looking for in a role, a leader, and my strengths and weaknesses. They also mentioned we would be helping small businesses reduce their electric/utility bill commercial rate. The final interview was 5 minutes with a senior leader and was mainly focused on things surrounding work ethic, goals, and job expectations.

The interview process involved a recruiter call and a technical screen, followed by what seemed like a presentation. They teach you the product in a classroom which is an immediate red flag because I applied for Data Entry/Admin assistant which they push you to sales first. I only did round 1 of the interview but was told there was a round 2.

I went through a three-part interview over two days. First, a "get to know me" chat with the manager where they explained the job, company history, and checked for fit. The manager was really nice and down-to-earth, and they covered the pay structure and promotion opportunities. They gave me a pamphlet with key info. Next, I shadowed someone to see the day-to-day tasks. The last interview was basically to decide if I wanted the job or not.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

It was a really straightforward process. The first interview was a quick, casual 15-minute phone chat where they asked about me and if I had my own transportation. Then, I had an in-person interview at the office, followed by a final one with a manager. I was pretty bummed because the job felt way different than what they presented. It turned out to be door-to-door sales, like 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. The people and office vibe were great, but I'm aiming for a marketing career, not sales, especially not door-to-door. The last interview with the manager was particularly misleading and disappointing. He implied a stable income, but I later figured out that was only if I hit like 2 sales daily. No benefits were mentioned, and it felt like the managers were just taking a cut of the field sales commissions without doing any of the legwork. Plus, they asked about my student loans, which I thought was totally out of line.
