The interview process had three stages. First was the preliminary interview, where they just give you an overview of what the job is without directly saying it. Then the second round interview was in person. I waited a little over 10 minutes, and was asked questions about what I'm looking for in a role, a leader, and my strengths and weaknesses. They also mentioned we would be helping small businesses reduce their electric/utility bill commercial rate. The final interview was 5 minutes with a senior leader and was mainly focused on things surrounding work ethic, goals, and job expectations.

Behavioral

The interview process for this role was obviously facetious, as it's just D2D sales. They called me without notice and texted me on the weekend as well with no prior heads up or notice. I would avoid this if you are looking for something not as grindy. The hours are longggggg as well so I would avoid.
