It was a really straightforward process. The first interview was a quick, casual 15-minute phone chat where they asked about me and if I had my own transportation. Then, I had an in-person interview at the office, followed by a final one with a manager. I was pretty bummed because the job felt way different than what they presented. It turned out to be door-to-door sales, like 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. The people and office vibe were great, but I'm aiming for a marketing career, not sales, especially not door-to-door. The last interview with the manager was particularly misleading and disappointing. He implied a stable income, but I later figured out that was only if I hit like 2 sales daily. No benefits were mentioned, and it felt like the managers were just taking a cut of the field sales commissions without doing any of the legwork. Plus, they asked about my student loans, which I thought was totally out of line.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with Rocksteady Promotions back in October 2017. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of my time. The job posting on LinkedIn made it seem like one thing, but they were actually just looking for sales reps. It was super weird because I had interviewed in the exact same building and suite before in the spring of 2016, but the company was called 'Source Interactive' then. It seems like these companies don't stick around for long, which isn't a great sign. I ended up interviewing in the same room, and it was just as disappointing as last time. To make matters worse, the lights actually went out midway through my interview... Seriously, don't bother with them.

The interviewers were super nice and chill, some of the most comfortable I've met. Lots of interviews, but they all made me feel good. Place has a lot of energy.
