Brand Ambassador
The interview process was pretty exciting and I got selected to join the team, which is kinda small. The staff seemed really professional, young, and friendly. They mentioned in the second round that the job involves door-to-door sales, which wasn't brought up in the initial phone call or the first round. If you're good with that and pass, you then interview with one more person. It felt special to get through, considering lots of people don't make it. The staff, surprisingly young, managed to be professional and well-dressed.

Marketing Representative
So I've interviewed with marketing places before and the job descriptions are always super vague. They tend to throw a bunch of numbers at you to show how much growth is possible for clients and for you. Basically, it's a door-to-door sales gig, totally commission-based, for about 2-6 weeks depending on how fast you learn. After that, you climb their corporate ladder super fast to become a manager. The way they explained the ladder, it sounded like a pyramid scheme. No benefits like 401k, health insurance, or vacation were mentioned. You work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. My interview process had 3 interviews over 2 days with different level employees. The first and last interviews were with what seemed like higher management, they talked easily and could answer questions well. The second interview was with someone in Account Managing, who probably hasn't been there more than 6 months. This person seemed new to interviews, awkward, and often forgot their script. They didn't even acknowledge when I tried to get the conversation back on track after they forgot company info, just kept reciting the script. That was weird because this person is supposed to be someone I'd learn from based on the company model. TL;DR The interview was fast and easy, and I liked the first interviewer. But they seemed more focused on selling me their brand and company than I was on selling myself to them. It wasn't a good fit, especially since the job is all commission and the person interviewing me didn't seem ready to conduct interviews or mentor new hires.
- Are you ready to interview future employees and guide about 5-7 new hires?
Marketing
The interview process involved an initial phone screen followed by three in-person interviews. The first in-person interview was on one day, and then they had a call back for the second and third interviews the next day. They seemed really nice at first, but I realized it was a canvassing promotions job, not for a real marketing firm, during the second round. The whole business model felt like a pyramid scheme and sounded like a bunch of nonsense. They interview a lot of people every day, maybe 20-30, and half of them show up looking unprofessional but still get hired. It's not worth your time if you're educated and have real skills and goals.
- In your opinion, where do you see yourself in five years?
