Quality Assurance Engineer
First, we do an initial screening call, just a quick chat to see if you've got the experience, can communicate well, and are really into the job. Then, sometimes there's a short pre-assessment or coding challenge to filter people early on. After that, it's a technical interview or assessment round, which might involve live coding, system design, whiteboarding, or take-home tasks. Finally, there's a panel interview with people from different teams, like other engineers, product managers, or architects.

Customer Success Manager
It was a really thorough interview process, but they laid out all the stages from the very first interview so I knew what to expect and roughly how long it would take. After each stage, the Talent team was super communicative about what was next and the timelines involved. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout.
- Could you provide specific examples of your past experience managing and expanding enterprise-level accounts?
- What strategies have you employed to grow enterprise-level accounts you've previously worked with?
Analyst
I was at the final interview stages. They said they would get back to me with feedback, but they never did. They ghosted me. The steps were: 1. A preliminary multiple-choice task. 2. An initial interview with the HR manager. 3. Another task involving in-depth research. 4. The final step: a. Another task: 45 minutes of in-depth research on the spot. b. User interview with team leaders for 45 minutes.
- Describe your research methods.
- What's the main difficulty in researching sensitive topics?

I had a really positive experience interviewing at Resolver, probably the best I've had. The HR team kept me in the loop the whole time, which is a nice change. After a preliminary phone chat and a quick online assessment, I got to meet with the hiring manager in person. Even though I didn't have a ton of experience, he treated me with respect and professionalism. He asked some really insightful questions, covering both behavioral and technical aspects, aiming to see if I'd fit the role rather than just to trip me up. I didn't end up getting an offer, but they gave me some solid feedback, and overall, it was a really good experience.
