Technical Coding Presentation

First, we do an initial screening call, just a quick chat to see if you've got the experience, can communicate well, and are really into the job. Then, sometimes there's a short pre-assessment or coding challenge to filter people early on. After that, it's a technical interview or assessment round, which might involve live coding, system design, whiteboarding, or take-home tasks. Finally, there's a panel interview with people from different teams, like other engineers, product managers, or architects.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process was really good, everyone was super nice and respectful. First, I spoke with a talent acquisition specialist and passed to the next round. Then, I had a take-home technical assessment that I had a week to complete. It was pretty flexible, you could make it as simple or complex as you liked. After that, I had a technical round with two managers, and finally, a chat with the QA director.
