The whole process from applying to getting started was really fast. I had one chat with the recruiter, then another with the store manager, followed by an in-person interview. After passing the drug test, I got the job offer. Everything took about a week and a half before I started training.

The interview process felt informative and relaxed, more conversational than formal. I had about 5 interviews, and everyone I met was quite friendly. It seems like a great company culture, possibly because it's family-owned and everyone collaborates. They mentioned they are expanding, which is a positive sign.

The interview process was quite simple and everyone was very nice. The hiring pipeline moved quickly. I declined the offer because the drug testing company messed up two hair samples. R&F asked for a third sample, but I already had two bald spots and didn't want a third. They offered a fingernail clipping but I'd have to take off my gel nails. This process felt over the top (and embarrassing, they wanted me to clip my nail in front of HR) for a sales management role, so I found another job and accepted it.
