It was pretty straightforward, no problems encountered. You go into a store (which might not be your assigned workplace) and interview with the customer care manager. They ask you questions, and if they're happy with your answers, they inform you about the required drug test, which is a hair test. They take a hair sample to check for hard drug use.

The interviewer was not prepared. They asked me questions that I had already answered on the company website. I was told I would be interviewed by a Manager and a Sales Associate, but only the manager showed up. Then I had a third interview at another location, and that interviewer was also unprepared. Both interviews felt strange.

First, I had a phone call with the HR recruiter. They mentioned that they needed to talk to the area director to decide if the process would continue. After that, the recruiter called me back to arrange an in-person meeting at the showroom with the area director and the store manager. It wasn't a very tough interview.
