First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rapyd.
Product Manager
The process was fast and easy, starting on time. We had a first call with the recruiter manager, followed by two interviews with managers, two with peers, and a home assignment. Then, the home assignment was reviewed, followed by HR interviews, a salary proposal, and contract review. It was a smooth process with nice, welcoming offices near the central station.
- Can you describe your experience working with RD?
Sales Development Representative
This was absolutely a bad experience, the company made me go through numerous interviews, gave a verbal offer and NEVER sent a formal offer even after being in touch with me and keeping me on my toes for 1 full month. The interview process is unnecessarily extensive and the HR was not communicative at all during the stage of verbal offer but no written official offer.

DevSecOps Engineer
After you apply, we'll look at your resume and cover letter to see if you match what we're looking for. If it looks good, you'll chat with a recruiter over the phone or video to talk about your background, skills, and what you want in a job, and they'll tell you more about the role. Then, you might get a task or assessment to test your specific skills or technical abilities for the job. We'll give you instructions and a deadline for that.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your reasons for leaving your previous role?
Technical Account Manager
The interview process was thorough and well-structured, covering a good range of technical and interpersonal skills. Communication was clear throughout multiple stages, and the interviewers were supportive, making for a comfortable environment. The questions were challenging and relevant, giving me a chance to show my expertise and problem-solving abilities. Rapyd gave timely feedback and the whole process moved quickly, which I appreciated as it showed they respect our time and are transparent.
