The process was fast and easy, starting on time. We had a first call with the recruiter manager, followed by two interviews with managers, two with peers, and a home assignment. Then, the home assignment was reviewed, followed by HR interviews, a salary proposal, and contract review. It was a smooth process with nice, welcoming offices near the central station.

The recruiter reached out and after a quick chat, we set up 3 back-to-back interviews for 2 hours. It was supposed to be 1 hour with a Senior PM and two 30-min chats with team members. However, when I got there, one interview was canceled. So, I ended up with a 1-hour interview with a team member. Then, after a long 20-minute wait, the senior interviewer came in. They started with 'Tell me about yourself' and within 10 minutes, decided we weren't a good fit. I tried to explain why that wasn't the case, but they had already made up their minds. The interview finished way before the scheduled 30 minutes.

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiting intern who scheduled a 15-minute intro call for 3 weeks later. Closer to the date, she rescheduled for a week later. On the scheduled date, the meeting link didn't work. After no response to emails, I emailed the interviewer directly and found out the interview was cancelled and they weren't interviewing further candidates. The interviewer was surprised I hadn't been notified.
