Partner Account Manager
We started with a recruiter phone call, then had virtual interviews with the hiring manager and a peer manager. After that, I went on-site for an interview with the EMEA VP, followed by a final on-site HR interview. The last step was reference checks.
- Tell me about your account management background.
- What's your approach to juggling and handling many client accounts at once?
- Can you share a story about a tough client situation and how you handled it?
Technical Account Manager
The interview process was thorough and well-structured, covering a good range of technical and interpersonal skills. Communication was clear throughout multiple stages, and the interviewers were supportive, making for a comfortable environment. The questions were challenging and relevant, giving me a chance to show my expertise and problem-solving abilities. Rapyd gave timely feedback and the whole process moved quickly, which I appreciated as it showed they respect our time and are transparent.
- Complete a technical take-home assignment focused on API integrations.
- Share your experience with payment solutions and CRM tools.
Account Manager
So I'm not trying to be a sore loser or anything about not getting the job offer from Rapyd, honestly I wasn't even sure I was the right fit. But I wanted to share my experience because a company like Rapyd should have a professional and respectful hiring process. This whole thing took me two and a half months and had 7 interview rounds plus some home assignments. I was really engaged but then there was this month where they just went silent and didn't reply to my emails. Then I got this quick, standard email saying thanks for your time but they're going with other candidates. I totally get that they need to pick the best person for the job, that's normal. But the radio silence and the impersonal rejection felt bad. I was professional and respectful the whole time and expected the same back. Even just an update or some feedback would have made a difference. I'm hoping this helps Rapyd improve their hiring. You'd expect more professionalism from a company in the Azrieli Towers.
