It was kinda lame. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then their manager, and then one of the senior managers via Teams. They advertise an upper salary range to attract candidates but don't want to pay anyone that upper salary. I pretty much met all of the qualifications but after the last interview, never heard back from them; that includes a lack of a courtesy rejection email. Not only that but the benefits are below average...

It was a three-round process. First round was all about C programming output prediction questions. Second round was a technical interview with questions on C, Embedded C, and deep dives into my projects and practical experience. The final round was with a manager, and we talked about salary expectations and my grasp of the company and what they do.

The process was good. Started with a recruiter call to discuss the technology and company, followed by several rounds with panels. There were many technical rounds, with three people on each panel, but it was worth it. An online coding test was part of it, and there was also a management round involving people from both India and the USA.

So first I got a call from HR and then they invited me for an interview at their office. The first round was an aptitude test, then the second round was an interview with someone from the department. After that, there was a tool test where I had to show my skills in Solidworks. The fourth round was an interview with the manager, and the last round was a discussion with the CEO.
