It started with a written exam that covered both technical and aptitude topics. After that, there was a group discussion. Candidates who did well in these first two stages moved on. The next stage was a Technical Interview Level 1, where they asked basic questions. The selected candidates then proceeded to a second Technical Interview, which was tougher. They seemed unsure of what to ask for Mechatronics roles, asking mostly Mechanical questions and expecting answers. I didn't make it past the final round. A week later, I got a call saying I was shortlisted, but when I arrived, they said it was for the business development team, which I turned down.

After my resume was shortlisted based on the percentage, I was called into a room. There, I was given a question paper with 30 questions. The questions covered basic design concepts like Views and required derivations. I was asked to solve about five problems. After that, we had to wait. They selected candidates who performed the best. I'm confident I answered about 75% of the questions correctly, but it was a tough competition. I wasn't selected and was asked to leave.
