There was one round that was a test to see if I knew how to use the Naukri portal. Then there were two interviews where they asked general questions. The last round was with their US Director, which was supposed to be a teleconferencing round. They said they would call me, but when I called to ask about it, they said they would let me know. I never got a call or an email about that interview.

I was first contacted by a recruiter who asked me some basic questions about why I was looking for a new job and what my current role entailed. He also shared some information about RGBSI and the opening they had. Following that, I had a more in-depth conversation with a senior recruiter about the company and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. I decided not to proceed to the in-person interview stage as I had already accepted another offer. Their follow-up was very prompt, and I was impressed by the benefits package they presented compared to other staffing agencies.
