The process was good. Started with a recruiter call to discuss the technology and company, followed by several rounds with panels. There were many technical rounds, with three people on each panel, but it was worth it. An online coding test was part of it, and there was also a management round involving people from both India and the USA.

My interview experience with this company was mixed. I did well in the first technical round, which was professional and organized. But, the last round with the CEO was a letdown. It felt disrespectful and negative from the start, which made things awkward. I hope they improve their interview process to be more respectful and constructive.
