First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Radix Engenharia e Software.
Technical Lead
The interview process felt very disorganized. I had to wait 10 minutes for the interviewers to join, and then they seemed lost because the person leading the agenda was 5 minutes late, making it a 15-minute delay in a 1-hour slot. The project presentation was confusing and rushed. The interviewers even discussed their own project tasks during my interview, which I found unprofessional given I had set aside time specifically for this. After the rocky start, it turned into a barrage of technical questions, very much like a quiz, focusing more on technical trivia than my actual experience. What was particularly unprofessional was the technical interviewer mentioning he was handling a deployment while preparing questions for me. I regret not leaving then, but at least it was a learning experience. Be prepared for delays, as the interviewers aren't organized and don't stick to the time allocated.
- What methodology do you use for documenting system flows?
Data Engineer
The interview was chill and easygoing, with standard questions about experience and data domain knowledge, plus an easy ETL test with a good deadline. The recruiter fumbled a bit explaining the seniority of the role when asked and got a little spooked when I mentioned salary expectations, which made me lower my hopes of moving forward since it seemed like a brush-off.
- What is your experience and knowledge regarding ETL?
- Can you explain the concepts of the medallion architecture (Golden, Silver, Bronze)?
Intern
The interview was pretty standard, but the interviewer's connection was unstable, which made the video call quality bad. I think if you do asynchronous interviews, you need to have good tech so it doesn't mess up candidates. Also, the feedback took longer than expected, which feels like they don't care about the people applying. Overall, the process felt a bit disorganized and the HR department seemed unprepared. Because of this, I probably wouldn't interview with the company again.
- Could you tell me about yourself, your background, and your projects?
Business Analyst
The selection process was well-defined, explained, and very smooth with HR and Managers. Communication was easy and there were constant feedbacks in each phase. First, there was an interview with HR to assess the profile and do a basic English test. Then, an interview with the area manager and a final second interview with more managers from similar areas. In the interview with the managers, they initially talked about the company, the position, and their expectations, and then we talked about my personal and professional profile. In all opportunities, it was an informal but very objective conversation. No tricks or biased questions.
- If currently employed, why would you want to leave your current company to join Radix?
- If not currently employed, why would you want to work at Radix?
