The interview process felt very disorganized. I had to wait 10 minutes for the interviewers to join, and then they seemed lost because the person leading the agenda was 5 minutes late, making it a 15-minute delay in a 1-hour slot. The project presentation was confusing and rushed. The interviewers even discussed their own project tasks during my interview, which I found unprofessional given I had set aside time specifically for this. After the rocky start, it turned into a barrage of technical questions, very much like a quiz, focusing more on technical trivia than my actual experience. What was particularly unprofessional was the technical interviewer mentioning he was handling a deployment while preparing questions for me. I regret not leaving then, but at least it was a learning experience. Be prepared for delays, as the interviewers aren't organized and don't stick to the time allocated.

The interview process was very well managed, with the team always available for any unforeseen issues or questions. The selection process included 3 stages: a recruiter call for company introduction and initial contact, a video interview with the recruiter to discuss your profile, expectations for the open position, and your current situation, and finally, a technical interview with the area manager via video call. This last interview focused on your technical background, past project experience, aspirations for the role, and alignment of expectations for the position and your initial role within the project.

I wasn't given any advance explanation of the selection process. They just called me for a meeting without saying who I'd meet or what we'd discuss. Also, communication via WhatsApp was slow and confusing. The job posting said advanced or fluent English was required, and I have advanced. But the first interview question was about my English level, and when I said advanced, the interviewer dismissed me, claiming they're looking for someone fluent. If they removed 'advanced' from the job description, it would save everyone time.
