I didn't get past the first stage, but I was very happy with how the recruitment team treated me. The questions were quite simple, but the competition is very high. My advice is to prepare yourselves a lot.

The interview was pretty standard, but the interviewer's connection was unstable, which made the video call quality bad. I think if you do asynchronous interviews, you need to have good tech so it doesn't mess up candidates. Also, the feedback took longer than expected, which feels like they don't care about the people applying. Overall, the process felt a bit disorganized and the HR department seemed unprepared. Because of this, I probably wouldn't interview with the company again.

This was one of the worst interview processes I've been through, it was really confusing. I had an online interview with the recruiter who then scheduled an interview with two people from the team. During that interview, they focused on my experiences. After that, the team gave me a personality test. However, over the weekend, I got feedback from the recruiter saying I was APPROVED and that they would send the offer on Monday. Yes, you read that right, APPROVED and that I could consider myself a Radixan. Well, on Monday, I got another message saying the team would review the personality test and decide my START DATE. But what actually happened was another interview scheduled with two people from the team again to get to know me better. What happened was an interview with the SAME QUESTIONS as the previous one, with the addition of questions that I didn't see relevance for an INTERNSHIP role, like 'what do you NOT like to do at company x?' This was in every experience I had, 'Which subsystem do I NOT LIKE?' We know that these types of questions can hurt a candidate. I started to get uneasy because of the direction of the questions, which seemed to be the same asked differently. I still don't understand if they wanted someone who liked routine or liked working with different functions, it was very confusing. I left the interview knowing I hadn't done well, but I found it strange since I had already been approved. After this interview, the recruiter informed me that they would not continue with my process. This was a process for an Internship role, and at no point did I see questions focused on what I wanted to develop in, or if I liked this area. On the contrary, I was the one emphasizing that it was an area I really liked. Anyway, I believe it was a blessing in disguise not to have joined such a disorganized company.
