First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Radancy.
Qualitative Researcher
This role involved a 3-stage interview process. It started with a recruiter chat, then moved to a hiring manager conversation, and concluded with a panel interview with 3 executives. The final interview included a case study presentation that took me about 3-5 hours to prepare. The company was really clear about the process and kept me in the loop. I reached the last round, and I think I was the second choice. They ended up picking someone else, but they were really nice about it. It was honestly one of the best interview experiences I've had.

Customer Support Specialist
Applied online and heard back from HR Isis who wanted to learn more about me and gave a quick company overview. Then I moved to the second round which was good, it was all resume and scenario based questions. Then I had the directors round and got rejected.

Metrics Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward process, just two main stages. First, a chat with HR, and then a meeting with the hiring manager and a team member. The whole thing took about a month from start to finish. They mostly asked questions about my CV and some general attitude questions. This was for a graduate position.
- What would you say are your greatest strengths?
UI Developer
I had a phone screen and then a Zoom panel interview with two people. They were like a developer regional manager and a developer team lead. They were nice and pretty casual, so no need to stress.
