The first interview was pretty casual with basic questions to get to know you. I was told I'd hear back from the hiring manager within 3 days as they needed to fill the role. After a week, I followed up with the initial interviewer to see if a decision was made, but got no response. Over a month later, the hiring manager emailed to set up an in-person interview for that week, suggesting coffee in the morning. I replied the same day that mornings don't work since I start work at 7:30 am. It's been two more weeks and still no response from him. Based on this, I wouldn't work there.

The TMP interview process is pretty thorough. You don't just meet with the hiring manager, but also with other folks in the org that Digital Strategists work with. It's super important that it's not only about your digital skills, but also if you're a good cultural fit.

I spoke with the recruiter and hiring manager over the phone, and then went in person to meet the hiring manager and future colleagues. The in-person part included a short presentation I had to give, and then we had a group Q&A session.
