Applied online and heard back within a few days. First was a brief 5-minute recruiter chat asking about my knowledge of the company, why I'm interested in TMP, and salary expectations. Then, I had a panel interview with two account executives, a VP, and two directors. It felt pretty easy, and the questions seemed like standard interview questions you'd find with a quick Google search. The interviewers were friendly and relaxed. I felt confident I met the requirements and did well, but despite being told I'd hear back the following week, I never got a response even after following up with the recruiter. It's been a month, and their lack of follow-up is surprising for a leading recruitment agency.

The interview process started with a phone interview. This was followed by a face-to-face meeting with the HR Manager and the Client Partner. After that, there were three simple tests. Overall, the interview was straightforward. If they were interested in hiring someone, they would have several team members interview them, which could feel a bit intimidating, but it was generally a casual experience. None of the questions were particularly difficult.

The interview process for this exec position had 4 stages. It started with a short phone interview, then I went to the office for an interview with HR. The questions were typical, lasting about 40 minutes. Next, I had a 3rd round with two short tests and met two project managers. It was more of a discussion, and it was good to learn about the job and responsibilities from the team. I didn't make it to the final stage, where the last two candidates would have met clients.
