Content Manager
Applied and was quickly invited to a video call with HR. On the day, my HR contact rescheduled. When it finally happened, the person interviewing me wasn't the one originally scheduled, it was someone else. The interview felt a bit disorganized from their end, but I felt good about it and thought it went well. At the end, I was told I'd be moved forward and they'd be in touch by the end of the week. That didn't happen. I reached out two weeks later for an update. No reply. Another week went by and I reached out again. Still no reply. Ghosting candidates and ignoring emails is really unprofessional. Terrible experience.

Marketing Campaign Specialist
It was a really bad interview process. The recruiter rescheduled the interview twice without checking my availability. I tried to confirm via email but never got a response, which was very unprofessional. The second round involved questions like 'where did you grow up?' instead of focusing on actual work experience. The skills listed in the job description didn't match what they were actually looking for.
- Tell me about where you grew up.
- Do you enjoy living in this area?
Technical Support Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward interview with the team lead and one other team member. There weren't really any technical tests or questions involved. It was mainly a behavioural interview to check if you would be a good fit in the team, questions about your previous experiences and how you would tackle some problems if they occurred.
- How would you handle a situation where you have numerous technical issues to resolve and they feel overwhelming?
Accountant
The HR person was really nice during the initial phone screening. After that, I had an online interview with two people. The first interviewer, the Controller, didn't turn on her camera, which made me feel really uncomfortable just looking at a black screen. She also made me feel unwelcome from the start, and it seemed like she wasn't enthusiastic about my application, making me wonder why I was even invited to interview. The second part of the interview with the Controller's assistant was much better; she was very friendly and had her camera on, so it wasn't awkward anymore. Even though the company seems like a great place to work, I realized during the interview that this job wasn't a good fit for me due to the uncomfortable experience with the hiring manager. I noticed the same job posting reappeared for two months, suggesting they might have had trouble finding a suitable candidate.
- Can you elaborate on your experience with assets?
- How do you approach establishing professional relationships with colleagues when working remotely?
- Could you share a detail about yourself that is not included in your resume?
