Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quadient.
Sales
The interview process was really long, they even made me do a mock call before I was hired. The whole thing took three hours and then they took two weeks to get back to me, which was annoying. It seemed like I had the job after the second interview, but then they messaged me two weeks later to say they chose someone else.
- What is your motivation for wanting this role?
Sales
Don't bother interviewing here. They'll have you do 3-4 requirements, then say the role is on hold, and finally tell you they chose someone else. Plus, you'll be expected to work 8.5-hour days, stay late, and work weekends. It's not a family-friendly culture.
- Can you share an example of a time you faced a sales-related obstacle and how you handled it?
Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty standard. First, I met with the General Manager who explained the job details and inquired about my sales background and sales style. Then, I spoke with the local manager over the phone, and they also asked about my sales background and style. The whole interview took about 2 hours and was quite extensive.
- What is your understanding of leasing equipment?
