Data Analyst
The whole hiring process was pretty quick, starting from the initial chat with HR all the way to the offer, it wrapped up in about two weeks. It included a technical interview that was mainly about SQL, then a case study with some scenario-based questions, and finally, a meeting with the engineering and product teams.
- When a dashboard indicates a decline in user logins, what steps would you take to investigate the issue and inform relevant stakeholders?
Marketing Manager
It started with a quick phone call where they asked pretty typical questions. They let me know the next steps would be a chat with the hiring manager, then an interview with a peer, and finally a case study. I got to the peer interview, but it was super technical. My background is more about strategy, not the hands-on implementation. I didn't make it past that point.
- Can you share examples of campaigns you managed, detailing how you leveraged data or personalization for optimization?
Demand Generation Coordinator
I had a phone screen with TA where we went through my resume, then a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager, followed by another 1-hour interview with their manager, and finally a 30-minute chat with the CMO. Questions covered my experience with past channels and coordination, plus how I'd handle hypothetical situations. Unfortunately, I didn't proceed to the CMO interview because of slow communication on deadlines and next steps from both the interviewers and TA, so I took another job.

Product Manager
This company might be scamming people. They use your ideas for their business case without hiring you. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here. First, I had a recruiter interview, it went fine. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, which also went fine. After that, I had to complete two parts of a business case, each taking a week. These cases were about the company's actual problems. Then, there was a cultural fit interview. I got rejected after that. They used something I said in the cultural fit interview as a reason for rejection. I mentioned doing something in my current role, and they said I'd have to do the same here and wouldn't be happy. It was a weird and unprofessional response. Later, I saw the salary range for the role and realized my expectations were higher. I think they knew they couldn't afford me from the start but wanted to steal my ideas. It's pretty sick. I'm warning others to stay away. Reviews also mention low employee ratings, and the same jobs are posted repeatedly on LinkedIn for months. I think they're doing this to scam people for ideas. Just hire a consultant if you need help!
