This company might be scamming people. They use your ideas for their business case without hiring you. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here. First, I had a recruiter interview, it went fine. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, which also went fine. After that, I had to complete two parts of a business case, each taking a week. These cases were about the company's actual problems. Then, there was a cultural fit interview. I got rejected after that. They used something I said in the cultural fit interview as a reason for rejection. I mentioned doing something in my current role, and they said I'd have to do the same here and wouldn't be happy. It was a weird and unprofessional response. Later, I saw the salary range for the role and realized my expectations were higher. I think they knew they couldn't afford me from the start but wanted to steal my ideas. It's pretty sick. I'm warning others to stay away. Reviews also mention low employee ratings, and the same jobs are posted repeatedly on LinkedIn for months. I think they're doing this to scam people for ideas. Just hire a consultant if you need help!

First up was a 45 minute chat with the Recruiter. We talked about basic PM stuff, values, and I did a live walkthrough of how Prodigy's registration and onboarding works, getting feedback on it. They asked about Prodigy's values too. Next, I had a 1 Hour interview with the Hiring Manager, which was super PM focused. It dove deep into my work history and previous projects. I didn't make it to the Final Stage, which was a panel interview with the director of product and another team member.

My initial contact was with a recruiter. They mentioned there would be two more rounds. Prodigy sent a "How to prep for your interview" brochure, which was a nice touch and made them seem organized. I was supposed to hear back the next week but never did. It's disappointing to be ghosted, especially from a smaller company. It makes you wonder about the company culture and how they treat people.
