First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primerica.
Life Insurance Agent
The interview process was more of an orientation session where they gave us a quick overview of the company and our potential career paths. We all joined via Zoom. After the main session, we had the chance to talk with different leaders to get a better idea of the next steps and the timeline.
- What was the most memorable part of the company presentation?
Financial Advisor
The interview was pretty quick and didn't feel like a typical chat, kinda impersonal. They didn't ask much about my past or what I've done. It quickly turned into them explaining their business model and the company. It was informative, but more like a presentation than an actual interview, not much back and forth.
- What motivated you to apply to this company?
Business Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. We talked about my previous jobs and then discussed the role itself, what the team is focused on right now, and what they're looking for. It felt very casual and comfortable. I was interviewed by two people from the company, one of whom is the hiring manager.
- Can you describe your previous work experiences?
- What are your general questions about your experience and proficiency with applications and toolsets?
Financial Advisor Trainee
You apply online and then somebody texts you to set up a zoom meeting. After that, you just keep following interactions. Then you meet with an agent who wants to get to know you better.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Are you trainable?
- Do you own a laptop?
