First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primerica.
Financial Representative
I interviewed for a Financial Representative role at Primerica. The process included a preliminary chat, followed by a meeting with a Vice President. It was a really professional setup, and they were clear about the job and what was needed. Even though I was young and a bit unsure, they showed me how successful young people are doing in the company, which made me feel like it was the right fit.
- What are your personal aspirations and aspirations for the future?
Financial Planner
The interview was a mess. They were unprepared and unprofessional, felt like a pyramid scheme. They didn't even know who I was even though they set up the interview. It seemed more like a marketing scheme, promising training for the job. They didn't really ask about my background or skills, but focused on my interest in their program to build a business. They kept repeating 'We will train you how to do the job.'
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Finance
This was a basic interview where they checked my knowledge about the company and its services. They asked some questions about my background, like my college and internship experience. They also asked what changes I would suggest for a public company and if I am willing to learn new things.
- What makes you want to work here?
