The interview process was smooth and quick until I was no longer considered. The recruiter shared the benefits info before the first call and was clear about the interview stages and timeline, which was great. After the initial HR chat, I had to do an SQL test and then got an invite for the next round pretty fast. Funny thing, the salary they advertised was actually 10k less than what they were willing to pay. If I'd known that upfront, I might not have even applied. After the second round, it was radio silence for over 3 weeks. I followed up a few times and finally found out they chose someone else. Overall, it was a good experience, though it would have been better with an offer. The whole thing took about 4.5 weeks from applying.

So they did an HR interview first, then a SQL Server Assessment, then a Hiring Manager Interview, and finally a 3 Team member interview. The job posting was looking for SAS coders for analysis, but they gave an assessment for SQL Server, and a third of it had nothing to do with SAS coding. You should really brush up on SQL server coding before applying, because it seems like you won't even be working in SAS even though the job description says SAS programmers.

I interviewed virtually for a remote Health Informatics Analyst position with Prime Therapeutics. The whole process took around 5 weeks from the initial phone screen to getting the offer. It seemed like they had a lot of candidates to get through. It started with a phone screening with the recruiter where they asked about my history and experience. That part was pretty straightforward. Next up was an interview with the hiring manager and director. We talked more about my background, what I was looking for in a job, and what their expectations were for someone in this role. They wanted to make sure my expectations aligned with the job itself and that I'd be a good fit, which I appreciated because they didn't want to hire just anyone. This interview felt challenging but was good because it helped them figure out if I was the right person for the job. The last interview was a panel with the hiring manager, director, and some of the team I'd be working with. They asked me questions and gave me a practical test with entry-level SQL and Excel tasks to check my skills. After that, they mentioned they were still interviewing other people and would let me know their decision. A week later, I got the offer and accepted it.

You need to apply, and then there will be a basic math and personality test. If you pass that, you'll have two more interviews: one phone call with a recruiter, and then a Zoom interview a few days later. You'll get an email letting you know if you passed. This email will also ask for your permission for a background check, and you'll need to submit paperwork like your ID and social security card. After that, you'll get another email for a drug test within three days. It takes about two weeks after all that to hear back. They'll send an email that initially makes it seem like you failed the drug test, but if you keep reading, it actually says you passed and they want to move forward. Then you get your start date, login info, and details about equipment. The whole process took about a month to secure employment.
