First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prime Therapeutics.
Pharmacist
Recruiter reached out about a job after seeing my resume on a job board. We set up a phone interview for about 20 minutes. She mentioned she would send over paperwork for a second interview. I'm still waiting on that, it's been a week.
- Are you open to working non-standard hours and being on call for a week in a 10-11 week rotation, including nights?
- What are your thoughts on spending about 70% of your work time on the phone?
Pharmacy Technician
The interview process for this role was pretty minimal. I completed an online skills assessment and recorded some answers to interview questions. I was then extended an offer based on this. I had a great conversation with one recruiter, but another was really poor at communicating, causing a delay with my background check. The background check vendor had trouble verifying my past employment and didn't check the documents I submitted, which included a verification letter from my previous job. Ultimately, I got a better offer elsewhere with higher pay and took that. While the benefits at Prime looked appealing, the lack of communication from the recruiter, who never replied to my emails, really made me reconsider the company.
- Can you share an instance where you delivered exceptional customer service?
Pharmacy Technician
First, there was a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes where we talked about scheduling, pay, and shifts. After that, I moved on to an at-site interview. They asked basic questions like how much experience I have, where I see myself in 5 years, what I expect from the company, and what the company expects from me. They also asked what I did under stressful situations and how I resolved those issues.
- Tell me about a difficult conflict or issue you faced and the steps you took to resolve it.
