The interview process was long and drawn out. The final round was a group panel that lasted over an hour and a half, and it felt like an interrogation with question after question. It wasn't personable and felt uptight. After the final interview, the employer ghosted and never got back to me, even after I sent a follow-up email a week later. They didn't respect my time and were very unprofessional. They keep reposting the same job over and over while having hundreds of applicants each time, which is a major red flag. Employers need to stop wasting other people's time.

The interview process was pretty quick. I spoke to the recruiter, and the very next day I was set up with the hiring manager. The manager mentioned that HR would be calling with the next steps since she was ready to make an offer. After that, everything went quiet. I reached out to the recruiter who set up the interview, but got nothing back. Then I reached out to the hiring manager, and still nothing. I really don't understand how or why companies do this!
