Customer Service Representative
First, you'll listen to someone discuss your role for about 15 minutes. After that, there's a 45-minute assessment made up entirely of multiple-choice questions. These questions aren't too difficult and cover general topics, pharmacy-specific knowledge, and information about the company.
- What are the rules regarding Windows?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and waited two weeks. I have a phone interview scheduled for today. They initially declined my application but then emailed me to set up this phone interview.
- What do you like best about customer service
Customer Service Representative
I applied two weeks before getting any confirmation. My preference is email, so I got the first notice through email to do the webcam interview followed by some questions, which I thought was really easy. Four weeks later, I got an email to confirm a face-to-face interview. It didn't bother me since I'm currently employed. The face-to-face interview went pretty well. I met with an HR rep and a manager from the site. They asked typical questions that I thought were pretty easy, and the ladies who interviewed me were really nice. I thought the process was slow, but overall great.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced and how you resolved it?
