It took about two months to find out I was selected for the next stage and to get the interview scheduled. The hiring manager seemed sick, she wasn't prepared with her questions, and coughed, sneezed, and yawned throughout. I'm pretty sure she rolled her eyes. I guess I didn't make a good impression.

I filled out an application and heard back within a couple of days about moving forward to a live interview. I scheduled it, prepped, but the interviewer didn't show up. I rescheduled, and they did show up that time, but didn't apologize for the previous no-show, which felt like a red flag. The interview itself went well. They asked me to send in speed test results and said someone would contact me with next steps in a few days. I sent the results and a thank-you note, but heard nothing back for two weeks, not even about the speed test. I decided then I wouldn't work there because they seemed disorganized and lacked accountability. It makes you wonder how they treat current employees if they don't follow up with candidates.

The interview process consisted of a single behavioral interview round involving the hiring manager and two team members. It was expected to be a standard STAR method-based interview. However, the hiring manager's behavior was described as rude and disrespectful, with instances of eye-rolling and sighing observed. The job listing was found to be misleading as it did not specify the team's tools and languages. It took a month to receive a response after applying.

I applied and got an interview within a week. It was a straightforward and easy process. First, there was a screen with HR, and then I interviewed directly with the hiring manager. After that, I interviewed with two team members, the hiring manager, and the Director. I received an offer about one to two weeks after the interviews. Great culture!
