For the first part, we had a group interview. We were put into small groups and had to answer some questions the facilitator gave us. It was timed, and we had to answer within our groups. People were walking around and listening to us, judging us that way.

The interview process felt really biased towards people who were already part of the team, and it was unprofessional and unresponsive. This made me feel like working there would be the same way. The pay offered was also very low, and I heard from former employees that people there are overworked and underappreciated. It's a shame because the program itself seems great, but the internal culture doesn't seem to match.

The interview happens on Zoom and includes a mix of current employees and people applying for the job. First, you'll do a quick intro for everyone. Then, applicants go into breakout rooms for a session where everyone answers questions for about 30-45 seconds each, taking turns. While this is happening, one staff person will just watch, and another will keep an eye on the clock. Near the end, you get about 10 minutes to ask the staff any questions you might have. In total, there are three interview rounds before you get an offer.

Group Behavioral Presentation

We had a 2-hour group interview on Zoom with over 25 candidates. It started with a promotional video about the company, which wasn't very helpful for understanding the role. Then, a couple of people volunteered to share their positive thoughts on the video. After that, we were split into breakout rooms of 5 people. In these rooms, each person got about 60-90 seconds to answer interview questions before being cut off. Finally, there was a Q&A with current employees, where it was revealed that the job requires a lot of travel, sometimes with very short notice. This travel requirement wasn't in the job description, and I wouldn't have applied if I'd known.
