The interview process was really nice. A recruiter contacted me, and I first had a phone screen. Then I had a video call with a team member, followed by two more video calls with people I'd be working with. Everyone was super friendly, and the interviews felt more like conversations than interrogations. I felt good after all 4 interviews. In my last interview, the person told me I'd be a good fit. A week later, I followed up with the recruiter, but got no response. I emailed again and finally got a reply that he was looking into it. Another week went by (making it two weeks since my final interview), and I emailed again, but was completely ghosted. I still haven't heard anything back from them. I get that people are busy and it's okay if they chose someone else, but it's really not acceptable to not even get a reply after getting so far. It ended up being a waste of time and very unprofessional.
- Can you share examples of work that you were proud of?
Program
The process worked in 3 stages. First round was basically assessing that you were a real person (15 min-ish with HR). Second round was general behavioral questions. Third round is an in-person day at the Dallas office with 3-5 interviews (behavioral and technical) and a case. Overall, the interviewers were kind and made the environment comfortable and welcoming. One employee made it sound like I was going to get the job, said they're sure I have nothing to worry about and they'll see me back at the office. Of course this gave me false hope and I was extra disappointed when I got rejected a few days later.

Programmatic Associate
The recruiter contacted me about this role, and I immediately discussed my salary expectations. The initial recruiter call and all subsequent interviews, both remote and in-person, went really well. I got great feedback, and the interviewing team seemed very interested. I was super excited about the prospect of joining and starting. The recruiter then circled back on salary, revealing that their budget was actually lower than my target, despite our earlier alignment. While I appreciate the recruiter's efforts, I'm really let down by both the recruitment and programmatic teams for not being upfront about their salary constraints from the beginning. It felt misleading to be led on. What's worse, after all those interviews and expressed interest, they ghosted me instead of communicating a rejection. They just left me hanging. This was my dream company, but their unprofessional hiring process has made me decide not to apply again. Such a waste of time.
- Can you explain your approach to optimizing and managing programmatic campaigns?
Paid Social Associate
The interview process was pretty standard and moved along as expected, in my opinion. There were three interviews in total: a one-on-one phone screen with the recruiter, a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, and a final in-person panel interview with team members. They kept me in the loop about what was coming next each time and were totally upfront about the job's requirements and the salary range, which was great. The whole thing wrapped up in about 4-5 weeks from start to finish.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with a teammate and explain how you resolved it?
