Got contacted by a third-party recruiter. Then I had a meeting with the manager and after that with the team lead. I didn't go any further after those conversations. Everyone involved was pleasant and responsive. Each interview lasted about an hour.

The interview process was okay and the company seems cool, but they totally ghosted me in the end. After waiting for weeks post-interview, I followed up and they said people were out and decisions weren't made. Still nothing months later. It's pretty rude to not follow up after interviewing someone. And if it takes this long to get back, I doubt good candidates would wait around (I've already accepted another job).
