So, first there was this online assessment, like 50 questions to do in 15 minutes. After that, I had a quick phone call, and then it was an in-person interview. The in-person wasn't super technical, it was like three separate 30-minute rounds.

So I had a phone screen first, then they sent me some personality tests. Then HR was supposed to call me but they missed the scheduled time and called the next day to set up another call. After that, I had to go into the office for interviews. I did 3 rounds with panels of 3 people each, they were pretty friendly and wanted to know about my background. The interviews took about 2 hours total. They took like a month to get back to me, so I took another job. Then they finally emailed me saying they went with someone else.
