There were two rounds, all virtual. The recruiter asked basic questions about your past work experience, the job description, and what you're looking for in a job. Make sure to give specific details about your daily tasks, the metrics you achieved, and goals you met at your last job.

They reached out on LinkedIn. My first phone interview went great. The second interview was on Zoom with two people, but only one showed up. Still, it went well and we agreed on the job duties and how to improve their video marketing. The third interview was the worst ever; the guy was late, uninterested, and asked random questions. I didn't get to the next round (which they said was the last one), and I wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway because they seem disorganized and unprofessional.

The interview process was super fast, I had two interviews and got an offer in less than a week. It was pretty straightforward and they were clear about the workload and opportunities for growth. They emphasized that they're looking for people who are ready to really put in the effort during the initial months to build up their client base, as it would be tough at first. They made it clear they don't want candidates who just want to gain some sales experience for a few months and then leave.

It started with a phone interview and then there were two more. It was a pretty chill vibe. They were trying to figure out if I was a fit for a national accounts role or the LC role, so I met with different people. Overall, it was a good experience, even though the whole thing stretched out for about two weeks.
