Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PLS Logistics Services.
Logistics Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward, with only typical interview questions asked. The atmosphere was laid-back and comfortable, and the interviewer was really pleasant and considerate. I really enjoyed my experience with this company.
- Can you share an example of a problem you encountered and the steps you took to resolve it?
Logistics Coordinator
It started with a phone interview and then there were two more. It was a pretty chill vibe. They were trying to figure out if I was a fit for a national accounts role or the LC role, so I met with different people. Overall, it was a good experience, even though the whole thing stretched out for about two weeks.
- What makes you want to join PLS?
- What are your thoughts on the current state of supply chain and logistics?
- Describe your approach to managing stressful situations.
Logistics Coordinator
The recruiter was really excited to call me and explained the role. It's pretty much sales support, where I'd be checking in on drivers and potentially negotiating prices per mile. I'd only get a bonus if I performed well.
- What is your understanding of Logistics?
- Do you have any experience with dispatching?
