The interview process was laid back, warm, welcoming, approachable, communicative, and easy going. It was thorough and straightforward; they tell it like it is, which I appreciated. I got a feel for the people I’ll be working with and the kind of work I’ll be doing.

Talent Acquisition reached out to me about a month and a half ago. The actual interview process didn't kick off until a month and a half later because the hiring manager was on vacation for two weeks. The interview itself was a 25-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager and their subordinate. They did most of the talking during the call.

I had 2 video calls, one with the IT Manager and another with the CIO. I didn't get the job, but they sent me 2 rejection emails. The first was right after the interviews, and the second one came 3 months later. So, yeah, they really didn't want me there if they had to remind me 3 months later that I wasn't hired lol.

The whole interview experience, from talking to HR to meeting with the partners, was super organized and professional. It was great chatting with the recruiter, and even better when I met with some of the partners. When I got there for my interview, someone from the reception desk met me and gave me a quick tour of the office before it was time to see the partners. During the interview, the partners made it clear they saw me as a valuable addition and were really interested in someone like me. Our chat felt really natural, more like a conversation than a formal interview.
