The whole interview experience, from talking to HR to meeting with the partners, was super organized and professional. It was great chatting with the recruiter, and even better when I met with some of the partners. When I got there for my interview, someone from the reception desk met me and gave me a quick tour of the office before it was time to see the partners. During the interview, the partners made it clear they saw me as a valuable addition and were really interested in someone like me. Our chat felt really natural, more like a conversation than a formal interview.

We started with a short session on campus with HR and a senior manager. You would meet with just one person, either HR or the manager. If selected, you'd get an email for a second round where you pick your time and location. The in-office part began with a casual chat and self-introduction, followed by a quick office tour, then the interview (or vice versa). The interview itself was very relaxed. You'd only meet with one person, and the whole thing should wrap up in about an hour. It took them three weeks to offer me the job, so maybe I was their backup.
