I had a quick phone chat and then they invited me for an in-person interview. It was a one-on-one chat. The interviewer spent a good amount of time sharing about his career path before asking me to go over my resume and a couple of other questions about my background. The whole thing took about an hour.

I had my first interview at campus and the people were really nice. They looked through my resume and asked a few behavior questions. Then I got invited for an on-site interview to meet with my supervisor and manager at their office. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me about my experiences and why I chose to apply here. The whole process took about 10 days and wasn't difficult.
