I applied online and then had a pretty chill 50-minute Zoom chat, it felt more like just talking than an actual interview. They sent me an offer via email just two days later.

Applied online, got an email to set up a first chat with recruiting. It was about 30 min, and I mostly talked about my background and why I fit the job. Then they told me about a second interview with the managers. I heard back in a few days and set up a 60 min video call with them. This was a more typical interview where they asked stuff and talked about what they wanted for the role. They gave me a timeline for a decision and I got the offer within that time.

The first interview felt robotic and unreal. In the final interview, the two interviewers seemed disinterested from the start and unenthusiastic. One interviewer's dismissive tone when asking questions made me nervous, causing me to fumble.

The interview process was extremely quick and I had my interviews done within a 2 week period. It is a two round interview one with a recruiter and then another with a senior and a partner from the relative firm you would like to work with. They ask you a plethora of questions in both interviews for around 30 to 40 minutes and then allow you to ask questions for the remainder of the interview (interviews are an hour long).

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share some experiences regarding teamwork and leadership?
  • Describe your career aspirations and your plan to achieve them.
