So first there was this call to check if you were a good fit or interested after hearing about the job. You either were or weren't and then you got set up for the interview. The interview itself was like 30 mins with the director, then another 30 mins with the manager. If they liked you after that, they'd do a background check and then send an offer.

It was a long and awkward Zoom interview process. They didn't get back to me in a timely manner after the interview. They asked very in-depth questions, and the interviewers seemed very positive, but then they just left me hanging.

First, a recruiter called me. Then, I had to complete a 40-question test. After that, I interviewed with the manager. Right after the manager interview, the recruiter called me again for feedback. Then came the background check and references (asking for 4-6, specifically 2 supervisors). Finally, there was the offer and negotiation phase.
