Associate
The interview process was extremely quick and I had my interviews done within a 2 week period. It is a two round interview one with a recruiter and then another with a senior and a partner from the relative firm you would like to work with. They ask you a plethora of questions in both interviews for around 30 to 40 minutes and then allow you to ask questions for the remainder of the interview (interviews are an hour long).
- Can you share some experiences regarding teamwork and leadership?
- Describe your career aspirations and your plan to achieve them.

I applied on the website and got a Zoom interview for about 30 minutes. It was mostly about my experiences and general interview questions. The interviewer seemed to decide quickly.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?

We had on campus interviews with one person. There was a pre-interview mixer the night before, which made it relaxed and not intimidating. Then, the second interview was an all-day in-office experience to immerse in the culture and meet people, which included two final interviews.
- Can you describe a time you used good judgment and logic to solve a problem?
