I had an on-campus interview first, and then they called me for a second interview in Wichita. That second interview was a whole day thing with other people, and I had two interviews with two different people.

My interview process with Pinion went really smoothly. The first interview was welcoming and set a relaxed tone which was super helpful. They gave a clear sense of what was expected of me and the culture of their firm. Everyone I spoke with was supportive and transparent about the role. It was funny because the second interview was pretty much the same as the first one, but I had a good time with both interviewers. I was expecting to hear back late next week, but they called back on Monday, which was cool.
