The interview process was efficient and thoughtfully structured, with three interviews in total, all scheduled promptly. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Communication was clear throughout, and there was a genuine interest on candidate experience, making the process feel organized, and smooth.

The interview process was quite long for me. I started it in early October and went through a Bryq test, an in-person interview, a technical interview, and finally an executive interview. Most of the time, the behavioral questions were about how my previous work was and how I would respond. Everyone I met was nice, and some of the online reviews were accurate. The interviews themselves were fine, even though I got rejected in the end.

So I had this informal interview, which they said would be followed by an assessment, and then another interview if I passed. Turns out the assessment wasn't really about copywriting skills, but more about teaching AI. Also, they apparently only need someone for 5 hours a week. What a waste of my time and skills. I think they're just trying to get people to train their AI for free instead of actually hiring anyone. Anyway, skilled creative copywriting is dead!

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It started with a call with HR, followed by a personality and logic test. Then I had a call with the Director of Customer Success, and another call with a different Director. After that, I was given a case study to prepare. I then had to present this case study to the Hiring Manager and two other Directors. The final step was another meeting with one of the Directors. Overall, it was okay. Everyone was friendly, though the last call felt a bit pressured, and they were clearly assessing my math and analytical abilities. I was surprised by the number of stages, which wasn't clear upfront, and by how many Directors I spoke with. I've never encountered so many Directors in one interview process.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Mathematical questions were asked.
  • Questions related to the case study were posed, including role-playing where they acted as a customer and inquired about the presentation and its benefits.
