Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It started with a call with HR, followed by a personality and logic test. Then I had a call with the Director of Customer Success, and another call with a different Director. After that, I was given a case study to prepare. I then had to present this case study to the Hiring Manager and two other Directors. The final step was another meeting with one of the Directors. Overall, it was okay. Everyone was friendly, though the last call felt a bit pressured, and they were clearly assessing my math and analytical abilities. I was surprised by the number of stages, which wasn't clear upfront, and by how many Directors I spoke with. I've never encountered so many Directors in one interview process.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Mathematical questions were asked.
  • Questions related to the case study were posed, including role-playing where they acted as a customer and inquired about the presentation and its benefits.

I applied for the job, and then was emailed by Persado, which was my first contact with them after applying. They asked me to complete their Bryq assessment, which takes about 30-40 minutes. This is before I got to learn anything about the role or ask questions to see if it's something I'd want to move forward with. I don't think assessments should be the first step. I won't be doing it. Good luck to the next person.

I went through two interviews. The first one was with a Talent Acquisition Leader, who was really enthusiastic and knew their stuff. They made me even more excited about the role and the company's future. The second interview was a video call with the Director of Customer Success. It was an inspiring chat, and I would have loved to work for her. I also did a standard personality questionnaire, which was worth doing to move forward.
