Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So my interview experience at Persado was pretty great overall. It started when the recruiter, Frank, found me on LinkedIn and set up a call to chat about the role and my fit. He was super nice, professional, and clear about everything – the process, the timeline, salary, and benefits. He really kept things moving, even when I was out of the country for a bit between interviews. The whole thing took about 5.5 hours of interviews and assessments over a month. It was pretty intense, especially the numerical assessment and business case, but I felt supported the whole time. They're not looking for perfection on the first try, but more for how you think and communicate. ROUND 1 included a 30-minute recruiter call and a 30-minute self-timed numerical assessment. ROUND 2 had a 1-hour video interview with the hiring manager (Director of Project Management) and another 1-hour video interview with the Head of Project Management. ROUND 3 involved a 30-minute prep call with the recruiter, a 1-hour proctored business case exam with a data scientist, and a 1-hour video interview with the VP of Project Management. The numerical assessment had about 15 multiple-choice questions, some involving charts or graphs, that required basic math and marketing knowledge. My recruiter gave me practice links, which was helpful. Pro tip: if a question is tough, move on to save time. The proctored business case involved analyzing an experimental data set with KPIs and questions. I got a prep call, then had a short video chat with the data scientist before getting a Google Sheet to work in. After the time was up, the data scientist reviewed my answers and asked how I got them, plus some 'curveball' questions to test my understanding and communication skills.

A preliminary chat in English. It was a very simple conversation with HR, with straightforward and direct questions. We first discussed my educational background, then focused on my professional experience, and finally, I gave them an overview of my current responsibilities.
