First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PeopleReady.
Project Manager
This was the first phone screen. The person interviewing me wanted to learn more about me. It felt like a standard call and not very personal, and I felt a bit disconnected. The interviewer seemed distracted.
- Can you tell me about yourself and what your career goals are?
Branch Manager
It was a good experience, but honestly, there were too many interviews. I met with senior leaders and other branch managers. If you know the business well, it's not a hard process, just a lot of people to talk to.
- Can you describe your sales experience?
- What sales methodologies have you implemented previously?
Staffing Specialist
The interview process was pretty standard. The role itself wasn't the most appealing. I talked to about 3 people, and there was one phone interview. Overall, the interview experience was quite simple.
- What makes you interested in this particular role?
Account Manager
The interview process went from the recruiter all the way up to the VP. Everything was done virtually, which made scheduling simple. HR was great to work with, and there were no unexpected parts to the process. Everyone I spoke with was very open and approachable, and I felt comfortable giving honest answers to their questions.
- What is it that keeps your drive alive?
