The interview was good overall, lasting about 40 minutes and covering many questions, which was longer than usual for me. The hiring recruiter was unprofessional, as they had contacted me previously but then reached out again as if they hadn't.

I spoke with someone who, despite being honest, couldn't give me a strong reason to join People Ready beyond 'the impact you can make on people's lives.' They outlined a potential work schedule that seemed completely unmanageable for maintaining work-life balance due to the required hours. Overtime isn't permitted (at least for the position I applied for), and while the pay was adequate, considering the workload and stress (they admitted being very understaffed multiple times), it felt disrespectful.

I had a phone interview, and the person said they'd set up a second one, but it never happened. I didn't hear back either way by phone or email, which was a bummer.
